Everything required to meet the Standard, quoted at a fixed price.
Every engagement starts with a consultation and an audit. You receive a written report and a fixed quote before any remediation begins.

01 · Audit
Accessibility audit
A complete evaluation of your website against all 50 WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria.
What you receive
- Automated and manual testingAutomated scans of every page, followed by manual keyboard, screen reader, zoom and reflow testing on representative pages and every form.
- A findings reportEach issue with its WCAG criterion, severity, location, screenshot and recommended fix.
- The non-website requirementsA check of your accessible-formats notice, feedback process and training against ss. 4 (opens in a new tab), 5 (opens in a new tab) and 9 (opens in a new tab) of the regulation.
- A fixed remediation quoteThe cost to resolve every finding, in writing.
02 · Remediation
Repair, design preserved
We repair your existing website rather than rebuilding it. The goal is a site that meets the standard and still looks like yours.
How we work
- Least visible change firstMost fixes are invisible: text alternatives, labels, headings, keyboard support and code structure. Where colour or layout must change, we choose the smallest change that passes.
- Before-and-after comparisonsYou approve side-by-side screenshots of every page before changes go live, with each visible change listed and explained.
- Works with your platformWordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and custom-built sites.
- VerificationA full re-test after the work, and a final report showing every finding resolved.
03 · Documentation
Compliance pack
The written materials the regulation requires, prepared for your organization and ready to use.
Included
- Accessible-formats noticeWording for your website and premises (s. 5 (opens in a new tab)).
- Feedback process and logA public feedback channel, a response procedure and a record template (s. 9 (opens in a new tab)).
- Accessibility statementA public statement of the standard your website meets and how to request help.
- Training record and policyA record of staff training and, for large employers, a written training policy (ss. 4 (opens in a new tab), 4(4) (opens in a new tab)).
04 · Monitoring
Ongoing compliance
Websites change. New pages, photos and menus must meet the standard too.
Included
- Checks on new contentReview of new pages and significant updates before or soon after they are published.
- Annual re-auditA full re-test each year, with an updated accessibility statement.
- Barrier responseSupport when a customer reports an accessibility problem through your feedback process.
Pricing
Why we quote rather than list prices.
The cost depends on the number of pages, the platform and the issues found. A five-page brochure site and a booking platform are very different projects. After the audit you receive one fixed price for the full remediation, and it does not change.
